KYC

KYC slot assignments were previously invitation-based. As of March 14, 2023, anyone should be able to visit the KYC app via Pi Browser and start your KYC application without waiting for an invitation, with the exception of these two scenarios:

1. Newly created accounts will not be able to immediately apply for KYC verification, until after 30 completed mining sessions. This helps the network prioritize KYC validation resources for Pioneers who have been contributing to the network for longer and who potentially have a higher mining balance.

2. A small proportion of accounts, identified by the algorithms as a potential violator of the terms of service, will not be eligible to KYC just yet. If account owners think they were identified by mistake, they can submit for further investigation by filling in this form here: https://minepi.com/kyc-application-access.

For security reasons, please do NOT send us an email with your ID card. There is NO review of the KYC application outside the KYC App. Also please DO NOT self-report or use any method other than the form.
For general information about KYC, please read the KYC page of the Community Wiki here .
